Rossied 3D demo micht get pit aff for anither date...

Ah've been developin the schuil level o the gemme an' Ah've been rinnin thwrartit problems wi developin the level.

Ye see, Ah'm uisin a tile-like seistem tae mak the level, ilka room is a set o tiles, an’ apairt fae the problem Ah'm hivin the nou, It's duin me guid, creautin levels haes become maich easier, makin slaps for windaes an’ doors are maich easier, connectin thaim up is easy an aa’, syne the tiles wad align...

Houe’er, Ah've been havin tae leave space atween ilka room, tae avoid was gaein throu ilk-ither (whilk slaws doun the gemme, an’ na tae mention it leuks unbraw!), but that's caused a problem...

Imagine this scenario, they are 2 clessrooms, richt aside ilk-ither an’ aside thaim is a througang, an’ aa’ o thaim are tae connect tae ilk-ither, the rooms cannae align acause Ah hiv tae space awthins out, unless Ah wantit tae creaute a giant doorway atween the 2 clessrooms (Whilk Ah didnae!). UPDATE: Ah hiv a new method for building the level like Ah wad want tae, but it insnorils uising a tool in Blender that's still in the alpha stage, and is awfu glitchy, sae Ah'd hiv nae choice but tae wait until it becomes stable...

Ah'm na shuir hou faur the demo will be pushit back, Ah'd say a couple o months or sae, but let's juist say December 2013 tae ploy it safe...

Hou about some guid news? Weil, wi Rossies 3D, Ah wantit tae try an’ recreaute the feel o a 6th generation console (Dreamcast, PS2, Gamecube, Xbox) gemme, Ah jalouse Ah'm aff tae a guid start wi the models bein the same as yer common 6th generation gemme (Cutscene Models are 3000 polygons ilk, playable models are 1000 ilk.).

That's na the "news", tho, Ah've recently been ployin a muckle o early 2000s gemmes, sic as the Tony Hawk gemmes, Broken Sword 3, Fahrenheit (Indigo Prophecy in North America) an’ the Shenmue gemmes, an’ Ah jalouse Ah knaw what Ah'm aimin for nou, at least whan it comes tae cutscenes, as Ah examinit the cutscenes in the gemme, Ah figurit Ah can recreaute the style quite easily.

Nae guarantees that Ah’ll succeed, but Ah jalouse it's possible, Ah will tgie it an ettle, trust me!
